spinach cheese pinwheels

1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/3 cup spreadable cream cheese with garlic and herbs
4 slices thinly sliced deli ham
1/2 cup packed fresh Baby Spinach, uncooked
Directions:

Separate crescent dough into four rectangles; seal perforations.

Spread cream cheese over each rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges.

Top with ham and spinach.

Roll up each jelly-roll style, starting with a short side; pinch seams to seal.

Cut each into 5 to 6 slices.

Place slice cut side down on greased baking sheets.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm.

jalapeno chicken pinwheel

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped sliced jalapeno chiles
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (2 medium)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Directions:

Heat oven to 375°F In small bowl, mix all ingredients except dough until well combined; set aside.

Unroll dough; separate into 2 long rectangles. Place 1 rectangle on long cutting board; press perforations to seal. Spread half of cream cheese mixture on dough rectangle to within 1/2 inch of edges.

Starting with one long side, roll up rectangle; press seam to seal. Cut roll into 16 slices; place slices, cut side down, on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining dough rectangle.

Bake at 375°F for 14 to 16 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Serve warm.

parmesan rosemary pinwheels

1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 teaspoons fresh rosemary
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.

Separate dough into 4 rectangles on greased cookie sheet.

Spread mix onto dough (about 2 tbsp per rectangle).

3 cheese jalapeno pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blue cheese (finely crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 tbsps cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsps mayonnaise 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (minced fresh, 14
  • 2 tsps jalapeno peppers (minced)
  • 16 ozs crescent dinner rolls (refrigerated)
Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients (except the crescent rolls) together in a bowl until blended.

Separate 2 cans of dough into 4 long rectangles, firmly press perforations together to seal.

Spread/divide the cheese mixture evenly over the 4 rectangles.

Starting at the short side roll up each rectangle then pinch edges to seal.

Cut each roll into 8 slices.

Place cut side down on the baking sheet/s.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.

cup nacho cheese dip

cup finely chopped red bell pepper (1/3 medium)
1/3
cup chopped green onions (5 medium)

Steps

Heat oven to 350°F.
If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal. If using dough sheet: Unroll dough; cut into 4 rectangles.
Spread cheese dip over each rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges. Sprinkle with bell pepper and onions.
Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices; place cut side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
