Prep work:
Wash , peel, pit and finely chop peaches.
Recipe :
Chopped Peaches - 2 cups
Granulated Sugar - 1 cup
Lemon juice -1/4 tspn.
Cloves - 1 or 2 ( optional)
Mix the finely chopped peaches, sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl . Keep it aside for 1 to 1&1/2 hrs.
Transfer everything into a heavy bottomed sauce pan , add cloves and bring it to a full boil. Boil it for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring often to reach jell point. Remove from heat.
Spoon them into sterile glass jars.
